Hello Friend,
Thank you for stopping by to learn a little about me. Of all the incarnations I've gone through, my truest and longest is that of writer.
My love and I have been developing and writing a novel for the past two years: This Wild & Soulful Love—An eco soulmate romance. It's a high stakes/low angst story about healing from trauma, and about finding your purpose, each other, and your way in the world with love and hope.
My calling is to persevere in hope and love this world. And to alchemize the pain and sorrows of life and send them back out into the world as bits of light and love and, thus help make the world a little sweeter.
Some days that's easier than others. But I'm stubborn about this.
I'm from Germany (born, raise and educated there) and live in beautiful Seattle with my adored soulmate of 20+ years.
We have a very large wild family. Among them squirrels, hummingbirds, rabbits, chickadees, and sparrows. Robins and jays nest or visit the garden. We're all so chummy, we can barely keep them out of our house.
Cherry and apple trees are also part of the family. A very old pear tree, and magnificent laurels live with us. Also ants, snails, a few (rather well-behaved) rats, and a raccoon family of four (not quite so well-behaved, but still very nice). One yellow plum tree provides all of us with sweets treats in the summer.
I'm an editor at Engage, on quasi hiatus until the novel goes to the agent.
